Pour overs are a great way to steep your coffee to your liking. Many people use them for daily coffee  preparation, I use mine when the power is out and I even bring it camping! The pour overs are thrown on the wheel by Meredith at her Fern Street Pottery Studio. They are thrown with a red-brown stoneware clay then glazed in a speckled white glaze, allowing the clay to show through just a bit. The pulled finger-loop handle has a grove in it, curved perfectly for your ginger and thumb. Pour overs fit “size two cone filters”. My favorite are the Bioletti brand, size two as they are actually a "V" cone shape, rather than a U shape, but both work! This sale is for the pour over only, mugs are sold separately.

*Design matters! I have started making these slightly curved up at the bottom edge, so that they balance themselves more easily on top of your mug. They also have a little drip rim on the bottom, around the hole to drip the coffee into your mug instead of running along the bottom edge to the rim of your mug. (new pics coming soon!)
